Hard luck to our lads today! A missed penalty followed by an early goal from Ardee had St Ciaran's on the back foot.
But our boys responded well, when Harry Harte equalised with a stunning strike into the top left corner. However celebrations were short lived when Ardee struck again.
In the second half, Ardee scored another with a beautiful finish from inside the box. But the excitement wasn't over! Harry Harte delivered a fantastic corner that found Killian Madden, who slotted it home beautifully.
With just five minutes left, Ardee scored a brilliant free kick to take a 4-2 lead. But our lads weren't done yet—Tadgh Morgan netted a penalty shortly after!
The game ended 4-3, but we commend our lads on their determination to keep going right to the bitter end. Well done boys, you did your best!
