Meath Garda Youth Awards

Congratulations to our Transition Year students who won the overall group award for County Meath. 19 of our TY students have been volunteering in the swimming pool on a Friday morning for the last 8 weeks, helping students with special needs from St. Ultan's schools in Navan. They were nominated by Kells Swimming Pool and by the school for the Garda Youth Awards.

We are very proud of our students as many of the students from St. Ultan's would not have been able to participate in the swimming lessons were it not for the help of our students.

Congratulations to Conor Molloy, one of our first year students, who received an award for his contribution to his local community in Kilbeg & Staholmog.

Congratulations also to David Ryan, a fifth year student, who was part of a team who were recognised for their work in refurbishing the Blackfriary graveyard in Trim.

Have a look in our Gallery to see some photographs of the presentation.
