The week beginning Monday 10th October St Ciarans will be focusing on Friendship and Wellbeing.
Monday marks World Mental Health day and students will be completing the static coast to coast cycle to raise awareness.
During the week there will be walks, coffee mornings, yoga, cmindfullness colouring and meditation as we focus on our wellbeing and friendships.

Friday - Its Good to Talk
The week concludes with a guest speaker/musican to speak to students about mental health.
